WordPress

Our webshop is developed with the software of WooCommerce. Our webhost is Kinsta. Personal data you provide us with are also available for this party. Kinsta has access to your data to provide (technical)support, they will never use your data for anything else. Kinsta is forced to take security measures because of the agreement we had. The security measures consist of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. To prevent the loss of data we make regular back-ups.

Webhosting

Hoasted

Hoasted is our webhost. Hoasted processes personal data in our name, and they won’t use it for their objectives. Hoasted could be collecting metadata about the use of their services. Metadata is not personal data. Hoasted has made technical and organized measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your data. Hoasted is based on our agreement forced to keep the data secret.

ActiveCampaign

We send our e-mail newsletters via ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign will never use your name or e-mail address for their objectives. At the bottom of every (marketing)e-mail is an ‘unsubscribe’ link. The moment you click on that button you will never receive a newsletter again. Your data will be saved by ActiveCampaign under security measures. ActiveCampaign makes use of cookies and other internet technologies. In that way, they can see if the e-mails are being opened. ActiveCampaign retains the right to use your data to improve its services. They will also share the data with third parties to improve their services.

Gmail

We use Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party made appropriate and organized measures to prevent abuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. Gmail has no access to our inbox and we handle our e-mail traffic confidential.

Mollie

To handle (a part of) our payments we make use our the services of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details. Mollie has made appropriate and organized measures to keep your data protected. Mollie retains the rights to your data to improve their services. They could also share the data with third parties to improve their services.

Billing and accountancy

MoneyBird & Exact Online

To keep track of our administration and accounting we use the services of MoneyBird & Exact Online. We provide them with your name, address en residence data to complete your order. This information will be protected, sent and saved. MoneyBird has made the appropriate and organized measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of the data. MoneyBird & Exact Online will not use your data for their objectives.

The global goal of the processing

We only use your data to provide you with our services. This means that the processing of your data always leads to your order. We will not use your data for marketing. If the data you provided us with is being used by us after your order we will ask your permission. Your data will not be used with third parties. We will save this data until the retention period expires. The staff members don’t have access to your data in this period.

Based on Dutch and European law you have several rights about personal data that we process. We will explain how you can invoke these rights.
